iPal Eyewear App is designed to work with iPal Wearable Camera. iPal Wearable Camera is a smart camera with voice interface and hand gesture control. The eyewear also has Wifi, Bluetooth and USB interfaces. It allows a user to live broadcast his/her point of view. With the user's permission, it allows a third party to dial into the camera and watch what the camera sees. Via its Bluetooth, the user can receive hands-free calls or listen to music played on a connected smart device. It connects to the user's smart device via Wifi for streaming live video or downloading recorded media from the eyewear to the smart device. In driving mode, it uses a rolling buffer for video recording. The length of the buffer can be set from the app. The eyewear also provides a USB 2.0 interface for charging, media download or streaming audio to an earphone.
